6 October 2014, Local government (Borough council)
The complainant has requested various information regarding specific properties in Maryport. The Commissioner’s decision is that, on the balance of probabilities, Allerdale Borough Council does not hold any recorded information within the scope of his requests. He does not require the council to take any steps to ensure compliance with the legislation. Information Tribunal appeal EA/2015/0025 dismissed.
