Summary: The complainant has requested a copy of the information provided to the Home Office in response to its request for business cases for access to communications data. The Gangmasters Licensing Authority (GLA) refused to provide the requested information under section 35(1)(a) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA).
