7 July 2014, Local government (District council)
The complainant has requested information relating to signage on the A614 at Kellythorpe. The Commissioner’s decision is that East Riding of Yorkshire Council (the council) has correctly applied section 12 of the FOIA to the withheld information. He also finds that the council has complied with its obligations under section 1 of the FOIA. The Commissioner does not require the council to take any steps as a result of this decision notice.
