BAILII is celebrating 24 years of free online access to the law! Would you consider making a contribution?
No donation is too small. If every visitor before 31 December gives just £1, it will have a significant impact on BAILII's ability to continue providing free access to the law.
Thank you very much for your support!

Summary: The complainant has requested information relating to communications between Bray Parish Council (the council), individual members of the council and the media. The council provided the information that it holds. The Commissioner-™s decision is that the council has breached section 10(1) of the FOIA as it did not provide all of the information it held within the required 20 working days from receipt of the request. As the council has supplied all the information it holds, the Commissioner does not require the council to take any steps.
