Summary: The complainant has requested information relating to complaints made by staff at James Calvert Spence College (JCSC). The Commissioner'™s decision is that JCSC has correctly applied section 40(2) to part of the withheld information. In addition, the Commissioner finds that JCSC has breached section 1(1)(b) and section 10(1) of the FOIA. The Commissioner requires the public authority to disclose the information detailed in the annex at the end of this decision notice.
