Summary: The complainant has requested information relating to noise abatement notices served on a specified address. The Commissioner-™s decision is that London Borough of Hillingdon has disclosed all of the available information. He notes however that some of the information was provided outside of the statutory time limit and therefore London Borough of Hillingdon breached section 10 of the FOIA. The Commissioner does not require the public authority to take any further steps.
