BAILII is celebrating 24 years of free online access to the law! Would you consider making a contribution?
No donation is too small. If every visitor before 31 December gives just £1, it will have a significant impact on BAILII's ability to continue providing free access to the law.

Summary: The complainant sent a request to the Independent Police Complaints Commission (IPCC) for the name of the member of staff who blocked his email address and also the name of the IPCC-™s Head of Legal Services. The IPCC provided the name of its Head of Legal Services but stated that it did not know the name of the member of staff who blocked the complainant-™s email address.
