Summary: The complainant made a freedom of information request to Oxfordshire County Council (-the Council-) for details of the number of corporate complaints it had received. The Council responded to the request outside of the 20 working day deadline required by FOIA. The Commissioner-s decision is that the Council breached section 10(1) of FOIA by failing to respond to the complainant-s request within 20 working days. The Commissioner requires no steps to be taken.
