Summary: The complainant requested information about a safety test carried out on a particular vehicle. The Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA) stated that the information was exempt from disclosure under section 44 of the FOIA (prohibitions on disclosure), by virtue of the Enterprise Act 2002. The Commissioner-™s decision is that the DVSA has correctly applied this exemption and does not need to take any further action.
