The complainant has requested information broadly concerning documents held by the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (“DEFRA”) relating to the adjournment debate called by Alison Seabeck in May 2013. The Commissioner’s decision is that DEFRA has correctly applied section 12 of FOIA and regulation 12(4)(b) of EIR. The Commissioner requires the public authority to take no steps.
