The complainant has requested information relating to fitness to practise hearings. The Commissioner’s decision is that the Health Care Professions Council (HCPC) has correctly applied section 30 (2)(a)(iii) and section 40 of the FOIA to withhold the requested information. The Commissioner does not require the HCPC to take any steps as a result of this decision notice. Information Tribunal EA/2014/0231 withdrawn.
