15 September 2014, Local government (Borough council)
The complainant has requested information from London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham (the “Council”) relating to specific properties and the “Decent Homes Programme” that were sold at auction and details of repairs to these properties. The Council disclosed some of the requested details and applied section 40(2) of the FOIA to the remaining parts of the request. The Commissioner’s decision is that the Council has correctly applied section 40 of the FOIA to the request. The Commissioner does not require the Council to take any steps.
FOI 40: Not upheld
