BAILII is celebrating 24 years of free online access to the law! Would you consider making a contribution?
No donation is too small. If every visitor before 31 December gives just £1, it will have a significant impact on BAILII's ability to continue providing free access to the law.
Thank you very much for your support!

20 April 2015, Local government (City council)
The complainant has requested information about a development plan for Earswick, York. The Commissioner’s decision is that City of York Council has breached regulation 5(1) and regulation 5(2) of the EIR because it did not respond to the request within the timescale for compliance. City of York Council has now provided the complainant with a response to her request and the Commissioner therefore does not require it to take any further steps.
EIR 5(1): Upheld EIR 5(2): Upheld
