BAILII is celebrating 24 years of free online access to the law! Would you consider making a contribution?
No donation is too small. If every visitor before 31 December gives just £1, it will have a significant impact on BAILII's ability to continue providing free access to the law.
Thank you very much for your support!

The complainant has requested information from E-ACT relating to a teacher employed at The Oldham Academy North. The Commissioner’s decision is that E-ACT has correctly applied section 40(2) of the FOIA to withhold some of the requested information. The Commissioner does not require E-ACT to take any steps. This decision notice is currently under appeal to the Tribunal.
