The complainant requested information regarding a blocked online forum. Gloucestershire Constabulary refused to provide the requested information citing section 14 of FOIA (vexatious request). The Commissioner’s decision is that Gloucestershire Constabulary was entitled to apply section 14. He requires no steps to be taken.
