BAILII is celebrating 24 years of free online access to the law! Would you consider making a contribution?
No donation is too small. If every visitor before 31 December gives just £1, it will have a significant impact on BAILII's ability to continue providing free access to the law.
Thank you very much for your support!

The complainant requested information about a tripartite review. The Commissioner’s decision is that Network Rail breached section 1(1) and section 10(1) of the FOIA because it did not provide the complainant with a response within 20 working days of receiving his request. Network Rail has now provided a response and the Commissioner does not require it to take any steps.
