The complainant has requested any legal advice the Cabinet Office has received on the potential impact of TTIP (Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership). The Commissioner’s decision is that Cabinet Office has correctly relied on section 42(1) to withhold the requested information from the complainant. The Commissioner requires the public authority to take no steps to ensure compliance with the legislation.
