BAILII is celebrating 24 years of free online access to the law! Would you consider making a contribution?
No donation is too small. If every visitor before 31 December gives just £1, it will have a significant impact on BAILII's ability to continue providing free access to the law.
Thank you very much for your support!

2 June 2016, Education (University)
The complainant has requested emails between a professor of the University of Cambridge (the “University”) and named individuals. The University has explained it does not hold these emails for its own purposes under the FOIA. The Commissioner’s decision is that the University is correct when it states it does not hold the requested emails to any extent for its own purposes. No further steps are required.
FOI 1: Not upheld
