The complainant has requested information relating to notes made at a patient engagement meeting about Sudbury surgery. The Commissioner’s decision is that the NHS Commissioning Board (NHS England) has correctly applied sections 1 and 22(1) of the FOIA in its response to the request. The Commissioner does not require NHS England to take any steps as a result of this decision notice.
