The complainant requested information about parking restrictions at Efailnewydd. Gwynedd Council (‘the Council’) stated it did not hold any the information requested. The Commissioner’s decision is that, on the balance of probabilities the Council does not hold any recorded information relevant to the request. The Commissioner does not require any steps to be taken.
