The complainant has requested information from Wood End Academy (“the School”) relating to teacher’s pay progression. The Commissioner’s decision is that the School has breached section 10 of the FOIA as it has failed to respond to the request for information. The Commissioner requires the School to respond to the request for information dated 21 September 2015. This decision notice is currently under appeal to the Tribunal.
