The complainant has made a request for the amount spent on employing agency/temporary/locum doctors in A&E departments, and the number of FTE roles covered by agency doctors. The Commissioner considers that the Trust breached section 10(1) FOIA in the handling of this request. The Commissioner requires the public authority provide the complainant with a response to this request in accordance with its obligations under FOIA.
