16 August 2017, Local government (County council)
The complainant has requested information related to named planning applications. Suffolk County Council (the Council) provided information falling with the scope of the request. The Commissioner’s decision is that, on the balance of probabilities, the Council does not hold information further to that already provided. The Commissioner notes that the Council provided its response outside of the statutory twenty working days and has therefore breached regulation 5(2) of the EIR. The Commissioner does not require the Council to take any steps.
EIR 5(2): Upheld EIR 5(1): Not upheld
