The complainant requested the source code for a number of software packages and associated dictionaries. Bangor University (‘the University’) withheld the information requested under section 43(2) of the FOIA. The Commissioner’s decision is that the University has correctly applied section 43(2) to the request. The Commissioner does not require any steps to be taken.
