The complainant has requested the University Hospitals of Leicester NHS trust (the trust) to disclose the executive summary of the data protection audit report carried out by the Commissioner. The trust refused to disclose the information, citing section 31(1)(g) by virtue of section 31(2)(a)-(c) of the FOIA. The Commissioner’s decision is that the trust has appropriately relied upon section 31(1)(g) by virtue of section 3(2)(a) and (c) of the FOIA in this case. She therefore does not require any further action to be taken.
