Kent County Council

The complainant has requested copies of all email correspondence sent by a number of named officers at Kent County Council (the council) and staff at Simon Langton Girls’ Grammar School. He has also asked for certain information relating to contracts or agreements that have been drafted since January 2017 that relate to any member of staff at the school. The council refused the request under the exemption covering vexatious requests-section 14(1). The Commissioner’s decision is that the council has correctly applied section 14(1). The Commissioner does not require the council to take any steps.

FOI 14: Complaint not upheld

Decision notice: fs50700503
