Sefton Metropolitan Borough Council

The Commissioner therefore considers that Sefton Metropolitan Borough Council has not breached regulation 12(4)(a) (Information not held at the time of the request) of the EIR. The Commissioner does not require Sefton Metropolitan Borough Council to take any steps as a result of this decision.
