The complainant has requested the work travel expenses for the Chief Executive of Healthcare UK. The Commissioner’s decision is that Department for International Trade (DIT) was not correct to apply section 40 to the information which it withheld from disclosure. Save for it did correctly withheld sensitive personal data.
