Department for Communities

The complainant has requested information from the Department for Communities (DfC) in relation to an investigation.  The DfC refused to disclose the information (‘the withheld information’) citing the exemptions as set out in sections 32, 40(2), 41 and 42 of the FOIA. The Commissioner’s decision is that the DfC has correctly applied the above exemptions to the withheld information, therefore the Commissioner requires no steps to be taken.

FOI 42: Complaint not upheld FOI 32: Complaint not upheld FOI 40: Complaint not upheld FOI 41: Complaint not upheld
