UK Research and Innovation (UKRI) refused to provide the information, citing the exemption in section 41 of FOIA. The Information Commissioner’s decision is that the requested information is exempt from disclosure by virtue of section 41 of the FOIA. The Commissioner does not require any steps to be taken
