Hampshire Constabulary

The complainant has requested information about the expenses claimed by a named police officer. Hampshire Constabulary refused to disclose the information on the grounds that it was exempt under section 40(2) (personal information) of the FOIA. The Commissioner’s decision is that Hampshire Constabulary was entitled to rely on the exemption to refuse the request.

FOI 40: Complaint not upheld

Decision notice: fs50795457
