Lancashire County Council

The complainant requested information relating to the criteria for interview shortlisting, as well as information relating to scoring for interview. The Commissioner’s decision is that Lancashire County Council has failed to respond to the request within 20 working days and therefore breached Section 10(1) of the FOIA. The Commissioner requires Lancashire County Council to issue a substantive response in accordance with the FOIA.
