University of Cambridge

The complainant has requested information relating to 11+ tests provided by the Centre for Evaluating & Monitoring (CEM). The CEM is part of the University of Cambridge. The University refused the request in accordance with section 14 (vexatious requests) of the FOIA. The Commissioner’s decision is that the request was vexatious and the University was therefore entitled to rely upon section 14 to refuse it. The Commissioner requires no further steps.
