Nottinghamshire County Council

The complainant requested information relating to school sites in West Bridgford. Nottinghamshire County Council (the “council”) disclosed some information and withheld other information under the exception for material in the course of completion – regulation 12(4)(d). The Commissioner’s decision is that the council failed to respond in time and breached regulation 5(2) and that it correctly withheld some of the requested information under regulation 12(4)(d). The Commissioner does not require the council to take any steps.

EIR 12(4)(d): Complaint not upheld EIR 5(2): Complaint upheld

Decision notice: 132113
