University of Southampton

The complainant has requested from the University of Southampton (the university) the confidential annex to the Commissioner’s decision notice FS50772671, dated 18 December 2019. The university refused this request, citing section 32 – court records, later also citing 14(1)(vexatious request) and section 40(2)(personal information). The Commissioner’s decision is that the university is entitled to rely on section 14(1) to refuse the request. He does not require the public authority to take any further steps.
