Nocton Parish Council

The complainant requested information from Nocton Parish Council (“the Council”) relating to an alleged criminal offence and the salary of the Parish Clerk. The Commissioner’s decision is that the Council is entitled to rely on section 40(2) (personal information) of the FOIA to withhold the requested information.
