West London NHS Trust

The complainant has requested information from West London NHS Trust (‘the Trust’) about its Caldicott Guardian. The Commissioner’s decision is as follows: The Trust breached section 10(1) of FOIA as it did not communicate the requested information within the statutory timeframe of 20 working days. The Trust has now communicated the requested information and the Commissioner does not require it to take any further steps.
