Ministry of Justice

The complainant requested information relating to the procedure a complainant should follow when a court fails to comply with published complaints procedures. The Ministry of Justice (MoJ) denied holding the requested information. The Commissioner’s decision is that, on the balance of probabilities, the MoJ does not hold the requested information and has complied with section 1(1)(a) of FOIA. The Commissioner requires no steps to be taken as a result of this decision.

FOI 1: Complaint not upheld

Decision notice: 244005
