Kent Police

The complainant has requested information about his vehicle. Kent Police would neither confirm nor deny holding any information citing sections 40(5) (Personal information) and 31(3) (Law enforcement) of FOIA. The Commissioner’s decision is that Kent Police was correct to rely on section 40(5) of FOIA. No steps are required.
