Transport for London

The complainant has requested from Transport for London (TfL) information about employee reasonable adjustments. TfL initially applied section 40(2) of the FOIA (personal information) to withhold the information. However, during the course of the Commissioner’s investigation, TfL revised its position and denied holding any information within the scope of the request. The Commissioner’s decision is that, on the balance of probabilities, it is unlikely that TfL holds any information within the scope of the request. The Commissioner does not require ant steps to be taken as a result of this decision.

FOI 1: Complaint not upheld

Decision notice: 250871
