Swansea Council

The complainant has requested information about roads which are subject to a reduction in speed limit. Swansea Council (“the Council”) stated that it does not hold the requested information. The Commissioner’s decision is that, on the balance of probabilities, the Council is correct when it says that it does not hold the requested information.  The Commissioner does not require further steps.
