The Commissioner’s decision is that on the balance of probabilities, Frimley has complied with its obligations under sections 1 and 10(1) of FOIA and holds no further recorded information relevant to the complainant’s request. However, he also finds that Frimley did not provide adequate advice and assistance in line with its obligations under section 16 of FOIA. The Commissioner does not require further steps to be taken.
