Wakefield Council

The complainant requested a copy of a noise abatement notice issued in respect of a particular property. The council refused the request, citing regulation 13 (personal information) of the EIR. The Commissioner has decided that the council is entitled to rely on regulation 13 of the EIR as its basis for refusing to provide the requested information. The Commissioner does not require the council to take any further steps as a result of this decision notice.
