Summary
As a result of an uncontested application filed under sections 13(1) and 13(3) by Lucent Technologies Inc, it was found that Sundar Srinivasan Chetlur should be mentioned as a joint inventor in the published patent application and that Sailesh Mansinh Merchant should not have been mentioned as an inventor. It was directed that an addendum slip be prepared for the published patent application mentioning Sundar Srinivasan Chetlur as a joint inventor and stating that Sailesh Mansinh Merchant should not have been named as an inventor.
