Summary

As a result of an uncontested application filed under sections 13(1) and 13(3) by Mahfoud Messaour, it was found that he should be mentioned as sole inventor for the granted patent and that Stella Margaret Williams should not have been mentioned as an inventor. It was directed that an addendum slip be prepared for the granted patent mentioning Mafhoud Messaour as sole inventor and stating that Stella Margaret Williams should not have been named as an inventor.
