Summary

As in the case of BL O/340/03) qv, the opposition was based on the mark B-TRADE, registered in respect of "financial services, namely, providing a securities trading system".

Although the mark applied was slightly different from that in BL O/340/03), the Hearing Officer made a similar assessment and finding as in that case.
