Summary
In these proceedings, six references - five under sections 8 and 12 of the PA 1977 and the other under section 246 of the CDP Act 1988; two by Advanced Motion Technologies Inc (“AMT” ), and four by Mr Denne - were consolidated.
The proceedings were terminated by agreement of the parties conditional on an order that AMT be declared the rightful proprietor of the rights in the following patent applications: GB0204194.5, GB0204195.2, GB0204196.0, GB0204197.8, GB0204198.6, GB0204199.4, and GB0204201.8; and that there be no order for costs.
