Summary

As a result of an uncontested application filed under section 13(1) by General Dynamics Systems Inc, it was found that Curtis L Cornils should also be mentioned as a joint inventor in granted patent EP (UK) 1080541 and directed that an addendum slip mentioning him as a joint inventor be prepared for the granted patent for the invention.
