Summary
The claimant wished to submit certain documents in support of its statement of case but felt unable to do so because the documents, which related to correspondence between the claimant and the defendant, were the subject of a confidentiality agreement. The defendant objected to their admission and also sought, in the event that they were admitted, a confidentiality order in respect of the documents. The Hearing Officer ordered that the documents be submitted but refused to grant a confidentiality order on the basis that the defendant had not put forward adequate reasons for doing so.
