Summary
The Claimant requested an extension of time in which to file its evidence-in-chief on the grounds that a dispute over disclosure had prevented it from completing its evidence in the time allowed. The hearing officer decided that any order for further disclosure, if made, may result in the disclosure of documents relevant to the case but that should not prevent the Claimant from filing at least the bulk of its evidence and the request was refused.
